Q.I was prescribed Xenical 120mg Capsules (Orlistat) 60 minutes to 1 hour before meals. I am now eating a low-fat diet, which means I am gaining weight.
When I went to the Walgreens in the morning and bought Xenical 120mg, I was told I would lose 2-3% of my body weight. I’m not sure why. Orlistat works for me. I’m trying to lose a bit more weight, but I can’t seem to get through the next day without a significant amount.
A.I took 120mg (60/12.9) Xenical a day. When I started taking it, I started gaining weight and eating a lot more. I have tried to eat a low-fat diet, and my body is not responding well to it. The weight is not going up. I have gained a lot of weight and my overall fitness is not getting better. I am trying to lose weight, but I can’t seem to lose any more than 3%.
I was on a low-fat diet and had to eat a diet that didn’t include all the calories that are in Xenical. I went to the grocery store and I see this:
I am losing about 30lbs per day and I know that this is not the best diet for you. It is best if you are looking to get your weight down and to lose some weight.
I take Xenical. I take it every day. I do not take it with fat. I do not take it with food. I do not take it with alcohol. It does not mix well with Xenical. The only thing I have learned in my own life that I do not take it with is that Xenical does not mix well with alcohol. There is also the risk of low blood sugar, diabetes, high cholesterol, and obesity. So, if you take Xenical, be sure to take your diet plan as in the directions on the box and not in combination with any other medication.
So, I will be eating a low fat diet and eating at least 150% of the calories from fat. If I eat less, I will lose 30-40lbs. I will not be able to go to the grocery store and buy Xenical 120mg, because I am eating much less.
I know that this is not the best diet, but I think you should try it and see if you can lose a few more pounds. There are other foods that will help you lose some weight.
